I contracted with ***'s Diamond Tile to prepare my bathtub for the installation of all new fixtures. They were punctual, polite and courteous in both the tile removal so the plumber could install the fixtures and the the tile re-install after the shower valve was installed. However, when the tile was re-installed, there were 4 rows of tile, the first upper row matched the grout line of the existing tiles on either side. After that, all the lines deviated down from the existing tile. And, the new tile did not match the level of the existing tile. The re-installed tile is raised out from the old, existing tile. I would not recommend them for repair work.

Customer was informed that the size of tile he has on existing tub surround was no longer manufactured. Customer had tile that looked like it matched but size of tile was different than what was on the walls. He was informed that grout lines were not going to match and being a repair we cannot guarantee backer board to be levelCustomer Response

I was not told by the installer that the grout lines would not match. In fact, when the installer looked at the tile I had they said it would not match. So, they went to Home Depot and purchased new tile to complete the installation. And i was not told the tiles they purchased would not fit properly, either by grout line or depth of the tile.Review from Charles H

Business price gouged due to limited availability of service. Repaired shower with cultured marble. Charged a flat rate. And after materials, hourly rate ended up being almost $250hr per worker with two workers. So almost $500hr total.Don's Diamond Tile Company Response

The price was given and you accepted the price for scope of work to be performed. We charge by the job not by the hour.
