      Hello, my name is ************************* on July 28, 2023 at 1:04 PM eastern standard time I purchased a Menstrual Pain Relief Pad from trybeautie.com, for $34.95. Today is January 31, 2024. The package has not arrived in months. I cannot come in contact with the business. I have tried to email them. The email they have on the website is *********************** I never received a response. I tried calling them with the number they have provided on the website which is *****************. Eveytime I try to call the call is failed. The adress they have listed on the website is ************************************************************************************************. On the website they have a tracking option. When I provide my order number which is 295, I a redirected to another website which requires me to provide information I do not have. It has been months since I ordered the product. I now fear this website is a scam, and my package will never arrive.Thank you,

      Date: 3/12/2023 Cost: $44.90 Companys Commitment: 30 day money-back guarantee and hassle free returns, no questions asked.Dispute: ************ advertises a 30 day money back guarantee for all 11 of their products, with hassle free returns. I bought a menstrual relief pad as a gift, but my friend wasnt happy with the product so I decided to return it. They refused to honor the 30 day guarantee, even though the pictures and descriptions of the product advertised this promise. As of 3/28/2023, they still refuse to refund my order. They say they dont refund items on sale, but almost everything on their store is on sale and has been every time Ive looked for months leading up to my purchase. These products are still marked with the guarantee even though they refuse to honor returns on almost any item.Order number: *****

      I had purchased a heating pad from Beautie on January 24th for my girlfriend. I didn't read the reviews before purchasing and then found out that numerous complaints about the quality of their product and customer service have been made. I sent them an email the next day after my order, asking them if they could cancel my order before shipping it out. They answered back and said they couldn't so I asked if I could start the return process now so I could return it as soon as it got to me. I got a response 3 days later just telling me that my order was shipped and gave me a tracking number.So I waited until I got my item on February 8th and tried again. I sent another email asking for a return and they told my that they "Do not offer free return labels at this time" But offered me a 15% return. ( I spent $39.95 so 15% would be about $5.99) Or I could get my own label made at the post office. The return address they gave was ********, ***** (Im guessing this is their distributor). Obviously I was not happy with that because their return policy states "We'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package." Nothing is said about paying for the return label or only offering a 15% refund. They as use the term "Hassle Free" which is not true. When I pointed this out in my next email back to them they have gone radio silent, as of writing this it has been 5, almost 6 days and still not responding email. My guess is they are going to wait until their "30 day return window" closes to respond, or they just have a bad customer service team. One last thing is that the address they give on their website (*******************), when I looked it up on ******* The closest buildings are a ******************** and a bowling alley.What I would like is just a full refund, I don't even want the item, and for them to either be shut down or to at least tell the truth in their refund policy about having to pay for a label. Portable Battery Pack -Total Paid: $52.94 ****** Packet Plus Tracking #: SYUS010085141 On October 14, 2022, I contacted the company about my items arriving unsecured(no box, packed into a bubble mailing envelope). They said they would look into it. I received a response asking for a picture of what I received. I responded on October 20, 2022, with a picture of what I received while also informing them that the device had since stopped working properly. I heard nothing for a few weeks so I followed up with another email on November 11, 2022, in which I was asked for my patience as the information was sent to another department. On February 10, 2023, I emailed for the fourth time as I have received no communication since November, requesting a full refund. I was sent a response with a how-to video on operating the device.

      My order was placed on 12/12/2022. I received part of my order on 01/18/2023. Over a month to get to me and the order was incomplete. I've contacted the company and they cannot give me a reason why I have not received the rest of my order. Also, they do not say they will send the rest of my order. I have requested a refund. The policy on their website states they offer no questions asked refunds within 30 days of the day you receive the item. Additionally, it states they will provide a return shipping label. They have refused to provide a return shipping label for the portion of the order I did receive. They refuse to refund my money unless I pay for the return shipping. They ask me to return the product to ***** instead of the address listed on their website. They have since stopped responding to my emails. I believe this business to be a scam.
