I am very happy with my bikes direct experience. I purchased a bike for my wife and when we received it, the front sprocket was bent, possibly by an impact during shipping. I dealt with ***** and he handled he situation very professionally. The problem was handled so well and the quality of the ride as well as the price, that I am sure we will do business with Bikesdirect again, in fact, I look forward to it. Thank you *****! *****

The bike I ordered was nice when it arrived. Unfortunately after putting air in the tires and going for a ride the rear went flat. Upon inspection a **** from a mistake in the manufacturing process punctured a hole in the rear inner tube. Support was happy to offer a refund to cover a new inner tube and some steps to fix it. I initially agreed to this but decided against putting in the effort to what's supposed to a brand new bike.I am happy they will let me return the bike for full price but I am bothered that I have to pay the $50 return shipping for it.

I have purchased 3 bikes from Bikesdirect. When I have questions or issues ***** provides great support and advice. Here is a brief summary.I bought a * HAL29 Comp ********* White 47c on 4/5/2021. This was my MTN bike for riding in the local park 10 to 15 miles. *** 1X12 gearing was great to climb hills and the bike suspension and brakes work well. My son took over this bike to ride with me when i got my ebike. Maintenance wise the Eagle SX derailluer recently had an issue and I am working to upgrade to the *** I am working to teach my son to tell me about bike maintennace issues.Next I bought the * HAL **** *** HAL *** is very fun to ride also and I have taken it up a very steep neighborhood hill for over 1 mile with no issues. *** battery is plenty to go 20 or more miles on trails and allows me to do fun trails around my house. I like the shimano charge system and app as it is easy to use. I am not very technical so this bike works fine for me and the battery allows me to avoid extra pressure on my knees and back allowing me to ride further and more difficult hills and terrain.Lastly I bought the eMulekick SL SS* as a demoday special. At first I was planning to send this bike back because it did not seem to have alot of power. *** more I have ridden it teh more I like it! About 700 miles now and no issues. It appears to charge the battery when I ride it with the power off is this possible? Maybe I am imagining this, but I have seen the battery go from 20% left to 35% left during a long ride. I mainly use the battery for hills. *** ride of the eMulekick is very smooth and the lite weight allows me to get up to 30 miles including hills. Its my way to get exercise, protect my bad knee, and go for a longer more fun ride up and down hills with less knee stress. On average I use about 60% of the battery charge on my 22 mile ride that has about 3.5 miles of 6 to 7 % grade hills.

Excellent customer service. My daughters bike came with a defective thumb shifter. ***** quickly responded to my concern and tried to address the issue via video. When it was apparent that the shifter was broken he immediately recommended a replacement part and refunded me for the shifter right away. The entire process was seamless and quick . 10/10 customer service and the quality of my daughter's bike is outstanding. Would order a bike from them again.

HD 29 DLX24. Shipping was fast and free but my bike arrived with a bent fork that was beyond repair. Emailed BD support 30 minutes after opening box. ***** responded and shipped a new fork plus a bonus item next day via ***** . Bike rides great after setting up and overall excellent value and as advertised. Next bike from them will be a gravel bike. Read the specs and pick what you want and have fun.

Great customer service. Recently, I needed a replacement part for my bike. ***** @Bikes Direct gote back on my bike ASAP.

This is my 4th bike from Bikesdirect.com. 2 road bikes, and 2 mountain bikes. All have been a great value for the cost. This one especially, came with a gift bag of tolls and accessories! Thanks Bikedirect.com!

Bikesdirect.com is a easy to use site. We are retired military and my wife (5' 2") needed a smaller bike. ****** the 14" Gravity Bullseye fat tire for her. Perfect fit. Contacted ***** in their service department for a small ***** delivery issue. He was very prompt on responding and quickly resolved the issue. You cant go wrong using Bikesdirect.com. They have very good customers ratings and also AAA+ on the BBB site. I would use them again.

We ordered two 7 speed coastline bikes, the 1 bike showed up within a few days and the other got delayed by ***** for 4 days (no big deal stuff happens). Not sure what ***** did to this package but it was destroyed so we immediately emailed bikedirect and ***** immediately helped us out. He had us examine the bike & decide if we could keep it and fix anything ourselves, we were missing parts due to ***** & he shipped out all the missing parts with a nice thank you gift for understanding. ***** was very helpful, friendly and we love that type of customer service and the bikes are wonderful.
