Katy Magic Hands is very talented however they do not have a booking site and you can only text a young lady by the name of Kai to book. Kai is extremely rude and very unprofessional she talked to me and many others very ugly and made us all feel low and unimportant you can she clearly does not like her job and when I respectfully asked her to not speak to me or any other customers that way she laughed and told me she did not care because we are still going to spend our money with her. They do not let you schedule if it is more than seven days away and also the deposit is $100 which is sent back at the time of appointment and you still have to bring the full balance for your service when you come. That is very unnecessary and inconvenient.Business response

First I do apologize for the inconvenience my company provided the best we can to make our clients happy and we do respect them as well. This lady comes to us 2 months ago we give her the best service with respect and very good job. November 23th she text me just to insult me I do not know what is the reason she do not have appointments with us she call me ***** I will feel the text messages. It's was self defense to respond to her with laughing I do apologize for that. We try our best to deal with they attitude. I'm sorry but the black girls treat African like a slave or animal you guys cannot understand how we suffered every day in their hands sometimes we crying it's not easy with all the stress I truly apologize for the inconvenience and promised to do better. First of all I do not accept that response because she clearly has something against black girls she just said it in her response that the "black girls" give her the most problems... I want to tell Kai that she is a liar and that I never disrespected her until she distracted me I simply asked her to consider her customers feelings and be more nice to us and she was very rude and even told me mind my business that is when I responded with the insults. She stated that all of us are on welfare and food stamps and that she pays her taxes so we can receive them she also and I quote said "she does not care if we report her nasty behavior because we still are going to come" I have additional photos to prove how nasty her attitude is and that she doesn't deserve any of our business also if you go to a Facebook group by the name of DFW hair group you will see sooooo many other women sharing their experience with her and they all say the same thing that they were simply trying to inquire or get on her schedule and she was very mean to them about it including me
