Northside management (which essentially is managed by Balfour Beatty) claims they were unable to reach me (when attempting to make contact for the FIRST TIME) and because of that trespass into my apartment, they gave no notice, no emergency reasoning, and no valid reason for entry. They constantly lied and changed their reasoning for entry and eventually settled on the reasoning that they came in due to being unable to make contact. I confronted the management team about this who simply did not care, so I went ahead and installed a Ring Doorbell Camera. I then receive an email telling me about a 24-hour notice for an inspection due to things they claim to have seen while making illegal entry/trespassing in my home on 03/25. I refused them the inspection because the search was unjustified/illegal therefore making their inspection invalid. After emailing them about the refusal of this inspection, I heard nothing back from the apartment complex. Instead, I saw on my Ring Camera that the management again went ahead and trespassed into my home today 04/01 after refusing them entry. They constantly make me feel unsafe while living here since they have no justified reason for entry, I am unsure what they are doing while inside my home. I live alone with one dog and am unsure if she could potentially be harming my dog or what the case may be. I have repeatedly told management about how they are breaking the lease and they do not care. I am actively looking at different apartments and am considering breaking my lease due to their trespassing and making me feel extremely unsafe.
