HOMEOWNER BEWARE!!I hired this company based on a recommendation and should have done more research. My experience has been a nightmare. *****************, principle owner, is dishonest and has horrible customer service. Much like the review previous to mine, I had to ask *** to leave my house as he raised his voice and was rude to me, in my own home. *** was hired to remodel my bathroom. Part of our agreement was that he would purchase a new bathtub. Shortly after the work was complete the bathtub started to leak. The leak caused flooding and damage to the floors. When *** first came to check on the problem he blamed us for the water damage and said that we were letting too much water splash out of the shower when bathing. When we pulled back the flooring and he saw how much water was leaking he came back over and we discovered the leak/crack in the tub. The tub was/is still under warranty. When asked to provide details about where he purchased it, he was unable to do so and told us that the manufacturer won't cover a replacement because of weight limits, insinuating that we (my husband and I) broke the tub. I am in utter disbelief in the lack of professionalism and customer service throughout this whole ordeal. Even still, we agreed to split the cost with *** for repairs to the tub and floor but he refused. Do yourself a favor and hire a real contractor. A real professional that will do the job right and be there for you if things don't go as planned.
