I purchased the Becker CPA Review course on April 19, 2021, attracted by your advertisement promises. However, as a full-time law student with a summer internship, I am unable to study for the *** exam until July 2024.Despite contacting your service department multiple times, I was told there's no option to freeze my access or adjust for my situation. This seems unreasonable as I can't use the course due to circumstances beyond my control.The advertisement for my purchased Advantage package promised "unlimited access until pass," which I understood as access until I pass the *** exam. I'm now unable to access the materials and may lose access, contrary to your advertisement.I request one of two resolutions: a full refund for the course or extended access until I pass the *** exam, as per your advertised promises. I did not expect such big company would not honor his own AD.Initial Complaint

I was under the impression when I made my purchase I would have the guarantee to pass voucher to go toward a new test should I fail . I received several advertisements stating this to my email . I also paid for the most expensive package . Now *********** is refusing to honor their service agreementInitial Complaint

Becker refuse to refund my money even though I informed them that my employer will be paying for the course I'm yet to receive any text book are any material needed Also no where in my order confirmation did it state I have 10 days to return the course was not even used
