I closed on my home 11/18/2021 since then I have had issues with Sunrise Wood Designs that installed my cabinets. I have proof of all the damage that was done and I had to keep calling numerous times to get someone to come out and the crews that came were unprofessional and bad mouthed the company and would tell me they don't get paid enough to do this and so on. They would come and fix things and mess up other items even more. For example they wouldn't cover the floor or furniture/appliances in my home while touching up and they stained my grout all brown, my vanity, my keurig machine, dishwasher, floor, driveway, Which resulted in a lot of calls and me expressing my concern that I want to be done and the people they're sending out are not doing their job. The job was not cheap at all and the cabinets are to be prefinished and because they refuse to replace they have been touching up and leaving them worse. I've spent so much time on phone calls, emails and taking time off work to be present when they come and it has been a lot for me because this was also during my high risk pregnancy and still dealing with it now that I have a newborn. I allowed them to fix their way and it is not what is best for me as a customer. In another visit from the crew I asked the employee if they install the cabinet handles and he told me they do and have me the company pricing. Which resulted in a lie because they do not offer those services and on top of that my cabinets got all damaged. I understand I made the mistake to believe their employee but as I have been understanding of all their mistakes I hope they're understanding of the one I made. I asked to replace all cabinets/drawers because new pre finished ones will be 100% better then the ones currently in my home. They said no and sent a quality control manager to do the touch ups himself which resulted in more mistakes and I have to take more time off for him to come and correct them. I purchased home dec 29, 2021 from **************** and sunrise installed the cabinets. They came first week January to fix the cabinets which were improperly installed, cut incorrectly, laminate peeling. They fixed cracked cabinet however they have still not fixed peeling cabinets and damaged poorly cut shelves. They are unresponsiveInitial Complaint

sunrise wood design manufactured our kitchen cabinets - the paint is peeling off all cabinet doors. The construction is of poor quality. When we informed them of these defects they initially said that they would fix the problems but after waiting three weeks when we called them we were informed that they will not fix anything. They in turn accused us of using water to clean the kitchen cabinets and defined that as a reason for the paint peeling off. This is untrue. I'm not sure which kitchen is without water and which household does not use a damp cloth to clean kitchen cabinets? We would like for all damaged cabinet doors to be replaced as promised to us in our initial conversation with this company.
