      I purchased a vehicle in January of 2020 from the dealership and wound up trading that same vehicle to another dealership in August of 2022. I requested a refund of my GAP and Warranty on August 12th 2022 at the dealership by submitting a form that my wife and I both had to sign. At the time we informed the finance manager that our address had changed in March of 2021, and he asked if we had done a forward with the post office. We stated we had. He then stated there was no reason to change our address with the dealership, that the check would still make it to us. Today is September 28th, 2022 and we still have not received a check. We have called several times and left messages with many different employees, and still have yet to receive a phone call back. I called today and spoke to Stephanie in accounting who told me that the payment would come from their corporate office in California. She was unable to give me a phone number for their corporate office, nor could she confirm if the check was even issued yet. This will be over $2000 that is due back to me, but there seems to be zero interest in getting the funds back to me. I was told it would take four weeks. almost seven weeks later, here we are.......

      Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/10/14) */ Our records indicate the following events: The cancellation paperwork was dated 8/18. The refund check was processed om 9/19/22 (as estimated-it took about 4 weeks), but was mailed to the address on file. On 10/5 we were notified in the late afternoon that the customer had moved and has not received their check, our computer system was down majority of 10/06, and the replacement check was reissued on the morning of 10/7 and mailed to the correct address. We apologize for the delay and the communication breaks in the process. We will review our internal processes to prevent address changes being a factor in causing an added delay. Thank you

      On January 25, 2022 galleria Chevy fix my valve cover with Gaskin and oil cap. The valve cover continue to leak where I had to take it back on January 27, they replace the gasket only. It was still leaking in which I returned my vehicle on March 10 where they replace the entire cover and gasket as well as March 14. Same issue it's presenting itself, they will not give me a loaner vehicle so now I have to spend money on rental cars and others to get me back-and-forth while also trying to figure out what's really going on with this oil leak on my vehicle, being serviced by certified mechanics at a dealership. On March 14 right after picking up the vehicle and going straight to the house it had to be towed back to the dealership due to excessive oil leaking from the bottom. They had inform me they stripped out the Threads where the sewers are and stated they had replaced it. It's still unclear on that. I returned my vehicle back to Galleria Chevrolet on August 4 as it sat for over a month without them touching it with the supervisor of service stating that I need to provide documents from previous work perform which doesn't have anything to do with the valve cover and when I expressed that they said no work will be done unless I provide those documents.

      Terrible experience with this dealership. Regarding a vehicle I purchased 16+ months ago. It took 4 weeks to get a reply regarding me refund for cancelled extended warranties I purchased. When I was finally contacted was told the check/refund would arrive the following week. It's now been 2 weeks. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone I knew. Whether if I liked them or not.
