Date of Transaction 09/12/2021 Amount of Money Paid $3300 Business Committed to provide a reliable car as well as doing the title change and car registration The nature of the dispute is I was sold a car with false information provided as to what is wrong with the car and now that i have reported those problems the business will not get the car title changed or registered. I was shown a paper showing that only a transmission sensor needed to be changed after the sell and getting my own printout from auto zone it was proven that he only had shown me the front part of the paper and the entire transmission assembly needs to be replaced. Also, the battery went dead * the radiator busted all within the first 2 weeks of purchasing the car The business has not tried to resolve the problem every time i report the problem or ask for assistance i get the run around or told that i have to pay out of pocket for my registration after that was not what i was told when purchased the car.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 11, 2021/11/03) */ ***Document Attached*** The car was sold as is with no warranty I have attached below the sales docs signed by the customer The customer start complaining after 2 weeks of purchased Requested for her title to be transferred, what was supposed to be done in 30 days Consumer Response /* (3000, 13, 2021/11/05) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I do not accept the response because I was told verbally (which I do have a recording) & also by messages that my car would be fixed by the person (Jeff) that sold me the car after he had given us half of the diagnostic that was done on the car to see the problems with the car. He did either give a choice to either fix the car or replace the car. When we went to him in regards to replacing the car car he attempted to charge us more for another car in which we did come to agree that he would just fix this car since we had just replaced the battery and the radiator that had busted 2 weeks after purchasing our car. In regards to the license plates we were given the run around for 2 months about our license plates we just received our license plates November 3, 2021 which is almost 2 months after purchasing the car. I was told that his mechanic could fix our car and we have been getting the run around in regards to fixing it he say he's unavailable for 2 weeks after 2 weeks pass its another excuse has to why his mechanic can not fix our car. Again the reason he agreed to fix our car is because he showed us a diagnostic (1page no backpage)from auto zone saying that it was only a transmission sensor. 2 days after purchasing the car we went and got a diagnostic from auto zone (2 page front & back) showing it was a transmission sensor as well as the transmission assembly when we told him about that he said "oh I don't know I had my guy take the car up there" (Which is also in the voice recording). After finding out that we had left a review on Google & this site he tried to charge us for the Registration and license plates in which we did have document showing that he said it was included.
