I bought a ***************** from *************** I'm houston, tx. I was offered a wrap option. I chose to have the he leased vehicle wrapped. At one year the wrap was showing oxidation. I had been provided zero paperwork regarding the wrap. When I called 360 wraps the owner informed me he did not have any obligation to discuss the wrap with me since I purchased the wrap via ***************. The owner refused to provide any warranty info or Paperwork regarding the wrap o purchased. At less than two years a 10k+ wrap has damaged my ******** so badly that the wrap took two weeks to remove and now the clear coat has to be replaced on the 2021 ********. 360 wraps has been aggressive and unable/unwilling to provide any information regarding the wrap. ****** has taken on all costs to date. Although I have been without my vehicle for a month. 360 wraps is lead by an arrogant man who likes to beat women up on the phone. Disgusting man. This company needs to go away.
