This whole issue began in Aug 2023, from the hail storm in June. My car was taken in and spent almost 2 months in their lot. They said they couldnt do work to the vehicle until insurance was approved. Found out through my interior camera and gps unit they had been moving it frequently and working on it since the beginning when it was brought in. When I got the vehicle back first thing I noticed was loose cabling in the interior dangling along with trash from the fix I assume in my cupholders. Next the hood paint was smudged and dull as of some chemical had splashed on it and sat there and deteriorated the shine. When I turned on my speakers my front left dash speaker was rattling from being blown out. Lastly my hood scoop was removed and reinstalled incorrectly and is very loose lifting up with any wind resistance causing it to crack on the back end from it bending when the air lifted the front of the hood scoop. None of this was existing damage, none! Lastly the gentleman I spoke to couldnt explain why there was so many extra miles placed on my vehicle. He was trying to be polite at first but became rude when he couldnt come up with good excuses. 0 out of 10, dont trust this placeBusiness response

We delivered *************** vehicle to him on 10/2, and at that time *********** did not communicate any quality concerns to our office. We reviewed the complaint on 12/5, and have documented daily contact attempts with *********** to discuss the remedy of any outstanding quality issues with him. We were successfully able to reach his wife on 12/8, at which point we were told *********** would reach out "when he can". As of 12/12 we have not received a call or email back from ***********. We intend to review and correct any valid quality concerns related to the paintless dent repair that *************** vehicle underwent, as is our guarantee, but that requires *********** to engage meaningfully in the process. Absent that engagement we are unable to confirm or validate any concerns or remedy the issues.Initial Complaint

My car was taken in June 19th with an expected turnaround time of 2-3 weeks. There was zero proactive updates in between. **************** needs a ton of work. I was then given 2 additional dates that went by.When my car was delivered it was missing a bumper cap and the inside of my vehicle was filthy. No big deal on that, however the fact that for whatever reason my bucket seat (rear seat) was broken and then told by your company that it was somehow my own doing despite that everything was fine when you all took possession of my vehicle takes the cake.Received a call that you guys would fix my seat if I pay for the part, but again, despite that it was in fine working condition when you took possession screams of some scam ran business. I cannot in good faith recommend this company again to anyone.Business response

On the afternoon of 9/5 we contacted the customer and came to an agreed resolution, whereby the customer would be reimbursed and the customer agreed the issue is resolved at this time.Customer response

I took my 2017 Lexus in May 9, 2022 I spoke with the name name Tim and Nick into it all they never told me that I would have to pay a deductible is also in the paperwork that I have sent now they're asking for more money in order to get my car back my car was due back in eight days is 33 days past the deadline. They honor no deductible paid out and now they are trying to make me pay a deductible where I signed paperwork saying that my deductible will only be one dollar not $501. Mr. Tim has failed to communicate and has a whole attitude about communication he will not even talk to me at all anymore he will only deal with my mother who lives in a whole Nother city that is five hours away from hereBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/16) */ On review of customer feedback, a typo on agreement was found that resulted in an amount being listed as $1 instead of $501 as was indicated on the insurance estimate and was verbally explained to the customer and thoroughly documented, which the customer agreed to and paid well in advance of picking up the vehicle. There have been no attempts to collect any amounts indicated other than the exact amounts listed on the approved insurance estimate, which include the deductible ($501) and the two check amounts provided to the customer by the insurance company who paid for the repair. In light of the typo we have refunded the $500 difference, which the customer has received in hand.Initial Complaint

They fixed my truck from the hail damage. The truck looks good. They replaced my bed cover with a different brand that what was originally on the truck. I don't like it and I told them that. I was told to talk to David, manager, about it. David and me talked about it. I told him that the new one was made by GM and my old one was made by Fold-A-Cover. He said he would talk to someone about it and get back to me. A couple of days went by and I never heard from him. I called him and we talked about it and he said that he was going to call someone to see what they could do about it. 2 weeks went by and I never heard from him. I called again and he was not available and would return my call. I've heard that before. I asked for the owner. He was not available. I told the operator that I would be filling a complaint with the BBB, As this has been going on over a month and I'm still waiting to a resolution.Business response
