Had my car tinted here on 05/13/2023, as soon as it was returned I noticed a hole in the tint on the front windshield. I have called the business three times and left messages to speak with them regarding this issue, because they claim there is a 100% warranty on the work and tint. I even drove to the shop during my lunch hour but the doors were locked during their business hours. I am beginning to think the type of tint they gave me is not correct also, I did reach out to them regarding this as well to find out which brand they gave me, because they told me verbally but what I was told does not match the invoice I was given. I also left a review of this experience, to which the owner replied that my windshield was cracked, which it is not. The owner also made fun of the age of my 2008 ***** and the fact that it is not clean enough inside. Not too professional. I want to know how to reach them for a resolution, they refuse to speak with me about the tear in the tint. A tear in the brand new tint is unprofessional and unacceptable. Please help. I have my reciept and a photo of the tear. Also can get a screen shot of the review and response.
