            "CONSUMERS be very AWARE of the unprofessional practice of this business and their staff." We agreed to a very small area rug, cleaning of $100. they then charged over $200, and the pet odor was promised to be gone or they would clean it again, hence the extra charge, and after weeks of allowing it to air out more after they cleaned it, very present odor remained. They never stated we had two weeks to call, been out of town very busy and the rug was rolled up in a closet and now they hang up, block your call and will not even try to help. Now onto the BBB and the State Attorney General's office for review on their business. Funny thing is I have been in the carpet cleaning business for 30 yrs and was out of state or I would have done it myself. Cannot put a ZERO star rating. Take your own risk when using this company. FYI they took cash and my daughter had to hand write the Receipt on a piece of paper because they didn't have a receipt book nor did they want to write a receipt on the cash payment. We do have the copy the cleaner signed if needed and will forward it to you.
