I installed granite countertop thru ********** and included Daltile warranty. I called January 2023 to file a claim to fix a part of the granite . I sent pictures and information requested by the the person helping me as after 3 months, nothing has been resolved . Every time I call it goes to her voicemail and she never returns my calls. Tried calling to speak to manager and nobody answers. Do not buy their warranty, they will never resolve your issues. I purchased a new build house from Pulti homes in Florence,AZ. We picked out tile at the design center. The house warranty was covering the tiles. Pulti referred me to Daltile.They came out 3 times replaced 2 tiles and said they had to Oder the other tiles 57 total tiles which have spots on them ( at the design center we were shown a clear design tile with no spots on them) Then pandemic came another year has gone by still no replacement tiles. We only want the ones that are in very visible spaces replaced including 2 cracked tiles We have some extra tiles in our carage they don't have to oder. The tiles with spots were improperly placed with two tiles with spots next to each other If we can not resolve this problem with better business bureu we will further legal actionBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/05/02) */ As a manufacturer, Pulte is our customer. We have reached out to them on this matter and are sending ILG to meet with them this week over the 40-50 tiles needed. The tile in question was sent to our R&D department, where it passed. There was no issue with the tile in question.
