    Today I want to leave my report about this company They put to sell a playground 7 by ******* Business I bought for my daughters and that it was the birthday of one of them they sent me a box only I went in with the complaint and said that I would have to solve with ******* when I contacted ******* *************** said that the problem was the company that sent only one box and then they edited the ad saying that it was just a box as someone puts it to. sell a one-box playground in the box only it is written that there are four boxes and that only one of four boxes was sent This is absurd an extremely irresponsible company has no quality and also does not respect the customer and when I contacted to ask them to send me the rest of the boxes they said they will not solve it.Terrible this company

    Found exact same playground somewhere else $500 less than Kidkraft & free shipping, Kidkraft charges shipping expensive by the way they charged $100, I Try to contact them so I can return it asap, They took a long time to have a response from it, & when I finally thought they where going to help me, they said its only 30 days so I'm past due, So disappointed, Please DO NOT BUY HERE, Plus shipping costs are expensive. I have proof of prices match & kidkraft its $1700, ******* same product its $1200 no way. Compare prices.

    I bought the majestic mansion for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Well, of course when it became time to build the doll house the first thing I notice is that there are no direction in the box smh no biggie right - I get online and print the assembly instructions off of the net Then the other shoe drops when I realize that Kid Kraft also failed to give me a hardware pack to assemble the Doll house. I did run to the ********* store to see if I could salvage the situation, but of course the hardware to build the Doll House is unique. You can only imagine the frustration and disappointment that me and my wife had when the thought entered our mind of how sad our 3 year old daughter is going to be on Christmas morning. This is unacceptable!!! I want Kid Kraft to not only replace this Doll house but I also want them to deliver it already professionally assembled as soon as humanly possible since I no longer have free time off of work to spend building this thing.

    I ordered a skyway resort swing set for ****** from ******* I got 3 packages from them it was supposed to be 4 the 2 of 4 boxes was sent back from damage during shipment I tried contacting ******* and then contacted kidkraft directly and over a week now I been dealing with a lot of the supervisor will call you or the order **** will call no one is calling I sit on the phone for hours and I have part of a swing set sitting in my drive way I need the box number 2 of 4 to put it up, this is insane that I have this half of swing set unusable sitting for weeks at my house I want my money back completely or the rest of the swing set I am sick of tired of we will be back to you in 1 to 2 days and hear nothing. I recommend not to but from kidkraft the summer is almost done and I dont have the swing set.

    Bought a playset that come scatched and dinged up. Called cust service for replacement paint. Ref # ****** weeks later CS said they could not give replacement paint. I reached back said that I wanted discount. They finally said they would give $100 credit and an email saying that this credit was coming. Never recieved email or credit. Will NEVER do business with this company again. There is no follow through and CS is snotty and doesn't care about the customer once product is purchased. After almost 2 months of their CS not resolving issue and not giving me management to deal with I will tell as many people as possible not to waste their money. And for the price paid, the product is lightweight and junk. It won't last long. Save your money shop somewhere else.

    I bought the play set from my local ****** had it about a year my daughter enjoyed it. She was in the twisty slide when the whole slide came off the structure broke from the screws and it fell to the ground with her IN IT and broke. I called the 800 # sat on hold for over 2 hours to get the run around. Finally after many emails and calls with hold times of over an hour every time I was able to order another slide at a discount. When I received a new slide we opened the box to find a few parts and no slide or screws. So we go back to the email and phone call with over an hour wait for them to tell me the part was DISCONTINUED till November. This is ridiculous if I was to wait we would have been dealing with this company thru email and call for 2 YEARS!!!!! We decided to take to play structure to the DUMP CAUSE IT WAS GARBAGE, all the board were splitting and the swing broke. I called for a return label to return the parts we did receive for the discontinued slide and was told that they dont take things back. The man I was talking to was very rude and unprofessional and would have the safety team call me in the week since my daughter was in it when it plumped to the ground. STILL WAITING! Surprise so now I have parts for a discontinued slide and no play structure because it was junk it was cheap and poorly made products.

    This company is a complete scam! Do not buy anything from them! You will regret it if you do. I bought a set for $4,000. $3,600 for the play set, $400 for installation. Its been sitting in my backyard for months. I recently hired someone to set it up this weekend and I am guessing it will be missing pieces after reading these other reviews. Also, they stole the $400 and refuse to issue a refund for the installation. Been calling for over a month now and every time I talk to someone they tell me they cannot issue a refund and a supervisor will call back later. THIS COMPANY STEALS FROM THEIR CUSTOMERS! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM KID KRAFT!

    I bought the Seacove Playset / Swing set a year ago and my children have only used it about 10 times and all the wood is cracking and splitting. It is falling apart, rocking everytime they swing no matter how many time we tighten the screws. I reached out to the company and they wanted ** to take the whole swing set apart and inventory the "broken" parts and pay to get them replaced. This thing took ** over 8 hours to put together. It shouldn't be expected to be taken apart to be put back together. I can't believe the amount of money we paid and now we have to get rid of it because it is a safety hazard. They have no responded to any of my other emails, calls or chats. Do not recommend this company.

    Made a purchase with KidKraft on 5/11/23 for my daughters 5th birthday, at that time it indicated there were only 2 left in stock. Sale went through, money was taken from our account. Then the order sat processing for a week, I emailed and called during that time because I wanted to make sure we would get in time for her birthday and if there was an issue that I would have time to get something else. Their customer service is terrible... and you're lucky to get a response. I called on 5/18 because it still hadn't shipped and was showing out of stock online, when I got a call back (hours later) the customer service rep I spoke with assured me that my order was approved and had gone through and it should be shipping anytime. 5/19 I get an email that my order has been cancelled and refunded, but they offered a $50 off coupon code for my inconvenience. That was the set we wanted and were assured we would get it, and with over a week having passed $50 wasn't really going to cut it. But I gave it a try anyway... what do you know... the $50 off code they gave didn't even work. Don't waste your money with these people... We ordered from Backyard Discovery instead.
