On December 6, 2021, I noticed a charge of $200 in my ***************** Website. I called on December 17th, 2021 ***************** to inquired about the bill and requested an explanation of the bill. The bill had a medical claim number ********** and the date of the service stated was July 22, 2021. The service was supposedly for a COVID 19 test for $200. The ***************** representative gave me the name of the person sending the invoice and her name is Shannon Payseur and her phone number is ************. The ***************** representative could not reach the billing department after many attempts. Every time they tried, It went directly to voice mail, which was full all and no message could be left. When I talked to my *****************, Ara, that I denied this charge completely because I take COVID 19 for free always. My Healthcare representative, Ara, concluded this was a false charge and I am not responsible for it. I want to make sure Shannon Payseur, whom ever she is and to whom ever she works for Is caught for scamming people and insurance companies with false covid 19 charges. On December 22, 2021, My ***************** representative and I opened a reference number****** in case BBB wants to ask more information about this case United healthcare number: *************
