I paid *** Communications the original creditor. I never had an financial agreement with this collection agency. I never received any written communication from this collection agency. I sent them a validation letter... still no validation.I notified this collection agency that this *** is paid in full. This account this still being reported on all of the three major credit bureaus. This needs to be removed immediately.Review from Francisco M

When I was **************************************** my name and stole all of my information to make this account. She didn't pay a bill and closed the account. I contacted ********************** and explained my story and they told me since it is my information, I have to pay it and when asked for a supervisor- they refused to get me one. This account that was made is fraud and it is tanking my credit score. I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of understanding and empathy that is coming from this company.Review from Bethany W

I paid Credence RM in full after they promised me in writing that if I paid, they would quickly resolve the derogatory notice on my credit score. I paid them in full, and two days later they sent ANOTHER derogatory update to the credit score companies. AFTER having my money. They claimed on a call that it was because their "internal department" takes time to update and refused to give any more information. If it was just that they didn't send an update that it had been paid for a week or two, fine. But they sent a DEROGATORY UPDATE *AFTER* I had paid them and actively hurt my credit score. So: - What they say cannot be trusted. - They continue their predatory and harmful actions even after being paid. - Calling them has no effect.Review from Tim R

I recently today got a credit report from credence resource mana on an overdue bill from att in ************. Funny I live in ****** my att account is fine. Its total fraud! They dont know my phone number or address . Just stole my identity. My mistake was leaving a voice mail. Im not paying. My credit went from good to poor. This credence onvoy llc is a scam! I block and delete them everytime they harass me. It doesnt stop. It kind of a brilliant scam because there is not an actual phone number or address associated with this scam. So you cant contact them even just to find out why they keep calling daily.Review from Jeff S

They would never send me in a letter or email the updated deal we agreed on. I called and recorded the conversations three times so I had that to fall back on. Finally, a letter was sent with the negotiated amount I agreed but now they demanded all the money by 30 days instead of the automatic payments I was already making.Review from Joseph K

This place is a complete scam. Cannot provide evidence of debt. Xfinity confirmed no account ever existed. I can't figure out how this company continues to operate. I will be filing a complaint with the state attorneys office
