I have no emails, no tex, no voicemail, No type of letter from this company. I do not have a contract with them. I contacted NATIONAL CREDIT AUDIT and asked for them to investigate & remove the inaccurate account from my consumer report that they are illegally reporting and I requested specifically the alleged original application bearing my signature they have not been able to provide such proof to me.Initial Complaint

I would love for them to leave me alone and unfreeze my accounts. My bank account was closed because of them and I never applied for a loan they are saying I applied for. The case was opened in *************** on credit karma apparently which I had no clue about them the company stated they sent me legal documents in the mail which I NEVER got. They supposedly "served me" but nothing was ever served to me at our house. I've tried to dispute the loan on credit karma but nothing happens but I swear on my grandparents ashes I did NOT take out this loan they are saying I did. I want them to stop harassing me and making my life impossible to enjoy right now with my husband and 2 childrenInitial Complaint

The requests were made verbally over the phone multiple times in the last 12 months.
I have never had business with National Audit Corp. Nor have they ever signed a contract with me. They are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I am not liable for the debt with the original creditor Alexan Las Colinas. I do not authorize National Audit Corp. To report anything to the credit bureaus on an account that is not/mine and that I have no knowledge of especially when they are a third party with no authorization and violating credit laws.

I do not have a debt with the national credit. I asked itimzed receipts of said debt and have not received them. I tried to dispute this debt and it was not taken off. It is unjust for a company to charge me after there was no damages to the apartment and it was properly cleaned.Initial Complaint

I recently discovered that I am a victim of identity theft. While reviewing my credit report, I noticed an account opened in my name without my knowledge or consent. I promptly contacted the creditor to request proof of my authorization for this account. However, I have not received any documentation or evidence from the creditor verifying that I initiated or authorized the opening of this account. Given the lack of evidence provided by the creditor, it is evident that this account does not belong to me and has been fraudulently opened using my personal information. National Credit Audit Corporation *********************************** ************** ACCOUNT# ************ U.S. Code ***** - False or misleading representations Instruction: Provide proof of this alleged item, specifically the original application, contract, note, or other instrument bearing my signature. Failing that, the items must be deleted from the report as soon as possible. In addition please provide the contract signed between ******** AUD, notarized and sworn under penalty and perjury for WOODCHASE ability to collect this alleged debt. The non-creditor advised that they have sent me records via mail in the past explaining this debt however I never received these alleged documents. Were these documents mailed certified mail? I dont believe this non creditor and feel that they are not being honest . Please send all validating records through the BBB and certified mail to my address.
