              The half brain that I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and instead of shutting up and using the brain that his mother spent 9 months to help him develop and actually listen to what I'm saying, his immediate response was "Im not about to sit up here and argue with you, I'll just list it as a refusal" while I'm talking and explaining to him that the information he's telling me ISNT what *********** told me. I told him that I was charged for a plan, which was successfully removes from my account, and was officially canceled after I had to contact the company THREE times since last year to stop charging me. The plan was $199, which I gave them.... no idea why this company decided to attempt to squeeze $398 from me. Not my fault that yall were dumb enough to but this for pennies. I'll just go ahead and get a lawyer since this company is obviously hungry and need the money. If you decide to not be professional then I'll do the same because I'm not going to remain nice to someone that obviously wasn't raised with any home training.
