      Send My collection documents to them on July 26, 2021, but they never responded back to me I left several messages for them no one returned My phone calls. their voice mail is full.

One file seemed to be fraudulent on his end from his customer. Other file their business was closed. Mr A**** did not respond as to what he wanted us to do next. We have not received any communication from A**** since January 27th 2022. Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/05/26) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) I only send them Michael b****** invoices he owed, He is it still in business he has a computer business IT services. George W**** was one of his customer he already paid him, Michael b***** subcontract us to do the job for him he's already been paid. I've been trying to leave a message for kkw nobody answers I do not see January 27th email they are lying. I think the company is closed they don't do any business if they cannot do it send us the document back we'll find somebody else. I think the company is all the business nobody answered the phone they can send our document back we will find somebody else waste of time What kind of collection company is this if he hang up the phone they don't follow up they should go after his credit. We have been business over 30 years we do not lie they don't know what they're doing like as I said I only send him one collection George W**** was the person we were subcontracted and he was paid already Business Response /* (4000, 10, 2022/05/26) */ As I mentioned previously Mr ***** or whatever his real name is, did no respond to my email from January. We closed the account back then after not hearing back from him. And we also terminated him as a client. I am more than happy to email him back the documents in case he physically lost the invoices. He can always go to his Sent emails and retrieve them from there, which is the method he sent them to us. Also, this is a business to business debt, and as such unleas A**** has a personal guarantee signed by Michael we cannot report it on his credit. I have tried on multiple occasions to contact KKW associates without any success. The multiple emails I sent were returned with automated message that my email was not delivered. I have these emails if you like copies. I tried calling their office on multiple occasions to find out the status of my case. Their (877) 604-3227 number was no longer in service and the other number always went to voice mail, where no one calls you back after leaving several messages. I never received the email they claim they sent me in January with their report and asking me for the next steps. If such email truly exists, why don't they just resend it to me? I asked for my files, not because I do not have the originals, I do. I asked for them because frankly it looks like they cannot find have any of the documents I sent them, which is not a sign. In addition, I am not sure why they are mocking the fact that I am A**** or someone else. I am A****, and their records should indicate that. Frankly I am shocked at how disorganized, and un-transparent their actions or lack of actions have been. It has been such a waste of time and resources trying to work with this company, and their representative, initially Ernesto and then Josh. I would like them to send me a copy of all the documents they have for my case (e.g. emails they sent me, letters/emails they have sent to Off the Grid IT). 0
