******* was responsive only to get the contract and collect the money. He has not responded to texts, emails, nor calls for repairs. We had spent $27K on one job and another $3.5K on another job. Both jobs are leaking badly. He came one time to do repairs but the leak never stopped. It's been 12 days since he said he will come back to do the repairs (see attached email response) but it was never repaired. Save yourself money and headache and use someone else.

The reason for the cancellation on both roofing contracts agreements was from brad faziy **** construction being terminated on the roofing contracts warranty's on both locations is from **** ****** **** construction trying to lie to commercial flat roofing of dallas insurance company. **** faziy **** construction told the insurance company that commercial flat roofing of dallas did a re-roof on both locations. Once I Vincent. B ******. Sr. Owner found out about the scam. I terminated both roof contracts. The job for $3,500 was only hired to flash hvac curbs not to fix leaks and hail damage spots, roof pooling on roof. Second job for $27,000 scope of work was to do a waterproofing Hot Tar leak barrier across all penetrations. Not the entire roof. All skylights need replaced didn't wanna pay for the skylight. Both roofs at both locations needed a full replacement. **** ***** **** construction took the property owner insurance money that the real property owners gave him to get the roofs replaced for both properties from the original property owners **** ***** **** construction took the money and pocket it trying to get something done for nothing. Please be aware of this scam Artist **** construction team claiming they are experts in construction when they only have two employees. **** ***** and **** construction claiming there experts then hiring other companies to do their work. **** ***** **** construction tried to pull insurance fraud after Commercial Flat Roofing Of Dallas repeatedly told brad ***** that both roofs needed replaced. PS Commercial Flat Roofing Of Dallas went multiple times to repair both roof leaks at both locations to fix roof leaks that was not apart of the roofing agreement for FREE Multiple times. commercial Flat Roofing Of Dallas went above and beyond and went the extra mile to keep them waterproofed until A.k.a. **** ***** **** construction fake property owner came up with the money to have the roofs replaced at both locations. Then he tried to pull a insurance fraud so we terminated the contract agreement from both locations. Since property owner got mad due to water leakage. So a.k.a. **** ***** got upset because we terminated his contracts due to him being a scam artist.

We are a general contractor. Our client (the property owner) had hired us to take care of all their construction needs which includes roof leak repairs.
Our client owns several buildings near the downtown area. Vincent with Commercial Flat Roofing of Dallas was very good at selling his roofing services but he was terrible at returning calls, texts, and emails for post warranty repairs. The next storm following the repairs caused leaks in the SAME 7 locations which means either they didn't do it right or used the wrong material/methods.
When I realized that Vincent wasn't returning to take care of leaks after numerous texts, calls, and emails, I was forced to contact 2 larger and more reputable roofing companies and asked them to evaluate the previous repairs and give me their perspectives and take care of the repairs correctly.
Both roofing companies mentioned "improper flashing", and poor installation and wrong material used. At this time, I was frustrated so I called their insurance company and filed a claim. It wasn't fair for us to pay double for the same repair.
They're incompetent and inexperienced. Use them at your own risk. Go read the review on Google and see the pics for yourself.

Please disregard this review of this clown **** *** trying to lie and saying we did not come back I have pictures documents reports of every single time the men came out to fix the issue it was coming from hail damage areas that we was not hired to repair.
