      This company took my order and emailed me that it was accepted. I checked on the order and it was on hold and that was normal, the order was placed on May 31, 2024, with an ending date of June 2nd, 2024. I checked on the order on June 15, 2024, and it said it was canceled, with further investigation, it said it was canceled because of fraud, my point is that there is enough in my account, to cover the order several times. I was never contacted about the problem of why it was canceled. I don't appreciate being accused of fraud when it is not true and want an apology. This company needs to be educated on customer service. The person I talked to on the phone would not let me speak to a supervisor about this, because nothing could be done. I will be speaking to an attorney about this if they do not apologize to me for this situation. My review of this company is zero, no stars.

      Zero stars. Two years in a row this company has failed to deliver on an order. They doubled charged my credit card and then canceled my order. This time they canceled my order saying it was flagged for fraud and I didnt respond to their email in time. But they never sent me any emails except the day I ordered to confirm my order. Now they say its too late to get the order. They are a horrible company but because its the only one I can order from I and my incarcerated loved one suffer from their incompetence.

      I give no stars. Put in a ****** order. Sat pending for over a week. But took the money from account. Then they returned the money back. So just to make sure I emailed **************** an said to make sure order was canceled an I would reorder. 6 days later they ship an invoice that order putting my checking negative. Now they won't let me talk to a supervisor or manager an they also hung up on me an won't return my money.

      I Purchased cross trainer athletic shoes for my son Whois incarcerated. They were not in the package he received *** I have called them 3 times and each time got a different answer and it looks like I will never see those shoes ****************** is crooked. They do it w t to fulfill theirs and are giving me conflicting a swerswith every phone call. These people are NOT reputable and idk not recommend using them at all.

      I agree with the other complaints. I spent a lot of time on the phone and computer. Often getting no where! I wish we could order elsewhere. When is something going to be done about this? It's a shame a company like this can continue!

      Worst customer service ever and crappy products sent to incarcerated loved ones. Agree with everyone needing a 0 star option. All I wanted was my money back for 2 items that were rejected by the *** prison my loved one is in and my money back for the pair of boots my loved one has had for less than 3 weeks that fell apart literally while he was walking to get his lunch. We live in **********, its winter, you need reliable boots. I spent $92 between items, tax and shipping to have more than half of that wasted. I called customer service and spent over an hour on the phone waiting to speak to a supervisor. They refuse to give me a refund. Just said my loved one has to go to the prison staff and ask them to contact Union Supply to get a shipping label to do a return. They won't process a refund until the item is returned. The prison staff is useless, so I highly doubt my loved one will be able to return the boots. An even if they do help, he will be without a pair of boots for who knows how long. It's ****, its not hard to make sure approved items are the only ones on the website. It's not hard to make sure good quality product is being sent and its not hard to make the entire process easier and less stress for everyone involved. All I wanted was my money back. Instead I am force to write this review and hope my loved one can have a pair of boots before winter is over.

      If I could give no Star I would. This is the worst company. Why is this place still working with prison? I dealing with a issue since April. Can't get my money back on 3 orders not just 1 but 3. They refuse to give me all my money. Plus I'm on the phone with then for 1 to 2 hours a week trying to get my money back. Talked to a ***** different people. And If I tell my bank they block me from ordering. This company is a joke. We need more options They need a lawsuit

      Never in my life will I ever order from here again. I placed an order online, upon checking the status it was put on hold. I called to inquire why and these people really told me in order to place the order I need to call my bank on three way with them so they can over hear the conversation, to prove it was my debit card! I immediately canceled the order and called my bank to alert them of the situation and to note that transaction to make sure its canceled!

      This company canceled my order without notifying me, I had to call. 3 weeks and ** still waiting for a refund. And as Im waiting for a refund they charged my card 2 TIMES for the same order. Talking about a glitch. Cant speak to a supervisor. Cant get anything in writing. They are FRAUDS. Do NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Go to *********** if possible. I will be reporting this company so they can be out of business. They are illegally stealing money from customers

      Stay away from this company or if you do purchase anything from them use a cashier's check or money order. I bought a holiday package for my brother with my debit card online for a $******. That was taken out on October 14th right after the purchase. And then a couple weeks later. I got the same exact charge from them taken from my account again. I contacted them, and they said that the money would be back into my account within 2 days. And they also said this happened to a lot more customers.So 2 days go by. I called them again and they said they're trying to do everything possible. Then I write them an email and I get an email back. Saying it could take up to 5 days. Well, here we are, on day 5 and the money still hasn't been returned to my account. Imagine how many people who make more money then me who dont check thier account as frequently to make sure bills are paid dont catch this! I feel like they did it on purpose. Just trying to get some charges to slide through. I thought I was doing something nice with what little bit of money I had to get my brother something to make him feel a little bit better while being incarcerated. What a SCAM and they should be ashamed of taken advantage of hard working people who maybe depend on that extra ****** especially since my car payment was coming out on Thursday and without the extra money I wouldnt have enough to cover the payment. Do you think they cared about my credit rating being affected by their mistake, absolutely not. No care in the world. How ridiculous!! Any other company who has made a mistake with me in the past was able to put the money back into the account within hours so whats the excuse here. And they lied to me 2 times about when MY money that they stole would be returned. If I could put 0 stars I would but it would not let me.
