              This company failed to process a prescription for Humira which resulted in a delay of 20+ days of Express Scripts even receiving the supposed prescription on file. I had to contact my doctor's ****** multiple times to ensure the prescription had been written because Senderra dropped the ball. They processed a prior authorization, but did not pass on the actual prescription to Express Scripts to be sent out. The prescription was sent to them on 1/27, yet Express Scripts called me today and did not have it on file but did have the prior authorization. I had to have my doctor's ****** at Texas Orthopedics send in a new prescription because of the incompetence and medical negligence of this company. I will be filling a formal complaint and continue to pursue this, you should be ashamed.

              This company contacted me by text but I did not push on the link. I tried to call them back (twice) but the phone kept disconnecting. I think this company is a scam as I do not have a prescription with them ~ never heard of them ~ and I have blocked the number on my phone.
