I recently purchased a new vehicle financed with Nissan. I created an account on their app to establish payments. In the meantime, I decided that I would rather pay the vehicle off. I scheduled my first payment as a standard payment to ensure payment went through and also set-up a larger payment for a few days later. The first payment said processing, but nothing was hitting my account. I then received a payment failure email. I checked my payment routing/account number and noticed I made an error. I immediately called **************** to see if the 2nd payment could be cancelled as I had a typo in the account number. They said the payment was already processing and to just wait for the failure notification and I could go in and reschedule the payments. When I tried to go back into my account it said it was locked and to call ****************. When I called and explained the situation again they told me that after "several" failed payments the account is locked and cannot be unlocked until I make SIX successful payments. I was told I would have to wire, mail or use other services to make my payment - Their Paymentus option has a fee and caps payment at $2000. The Telegram option allowed up to $10,000 but charged $280 dollars. I'm afraid if I mail it, the payment will sit on someone's desk and not get processed before the first interest hits. I find it hard to fathom how making a typo in payment information and then calling pro-actively to notify the company to stop the second payment, in any way warrants my account being locked. When I escalated with **************** they finally told me they would unlock it but it would take a few days. It is now apparent to me they had no intention of unlocking the account as the agent today said it is not their policy to unlock accounts until 6 payments are received, and to call back. I believe holding my account hostage is a form of extortion to increase likelihood of collecting more interest.

I am writing to formally express my serious concern regarding a refund check that was issued to me by Nissan Motor Acceptance Corporation (NMAC), which I have been waiting for over 47 days to receive. The check in question, for the amount of $1,484.80, was sent to me, but I have yet to receive it.After reaching out to your customer service team regarding this issue, I was informed that if the check was lost in the mail, NMAC will not be reissuing a replacement check. This response is highly concerning, especially given that the refund was owed to me and has yet to be delivered. I find this position to be unreasonable and unacceptable, as the issue of the lost check is clearly beyond my ********** a paying customer, I expect to be treated with fairness and respect. It is NMACs responsibility to ensure that refunds are properly processed and delivered. If the check was lost due to postal service issues or other unforeseen circumstances, I believe it is NMACs responsibility to take the necessary steps to reissue the refund without penalizing me.Therefore, I request that NMAC immediately issue a replacement check for the full amount of $1,484.80. Should NMAC fail to take appropriate action, I will be left with no choice but to consider taking legal action to recover the funds owed to me.Please treat this matter with urgency and respond within a reasonable time frame. If I do not hear from you soon with a satisfactory resolution, I will begin exploring all available legal options, including filing a formal complaint with relevant consumer protection agencies and seeking legal counsel.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your timely response and a resolution to this issue.

They have lied to me over and over again. I was told that I could put my February truck payment to the end of the contract which can only be done every 10 months. I've never missed a payment and have never been late. Just found out I can't get an extension until June but why lie tho

Wife passed away, had just leased her a vehicle through NMAC. Dont need the vehicle any longer this called for options to get it out of the driveway. I figured I could pay all of the lease payments and the disposition fee and turn it in now. Nope, here were their options 1) Pay more than all of the payments plus disposition fee. Wondering why I would have to pay more considering they are getting the vehicle back with 1000 miles instead of *****, and it is a model year newer.2) Do a lease transfer, which is great BUT you actually do not transfer the lease, you stay on the lease as a guarantor for a complete stranger that would take the lease over. Oh yes the new party does have to go through all the credit approvals, so this might not make any sense???.NMAC did con me into making all of my lease payments up front under the ploy that I could turn it in early, then hit me with all of the extra stuff. Well done, such compassion.

I am extremely frustrated with my experience regarding the title and bill of sale for my car, which I paid off back in 2019. It's now 2024, and I am still waiting for these crucial documents. Ive been trying to sell my vehicle, but without the title, Im unable to do so. Every time I call the customer service line, I find myself waiting on hold for over an hour just to reach someone. The representatives repeatedly promise that I will receive the title and bill of sale within 5 business days. However, after that timeframe passes, I call back only to be told it will take another 7-10 business days. Here I am, well beyond those promised timelines, and I still have not received anything. I also requested to speak with a supervisor, but no one has followed up as promised. This lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I expected better from Nissan, especially considering how long I have been a customer. I would give them zero stars if I could. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Nissan to think twice, as their customer service has been a complete disappointment.

This company has lied to me for months and gives me different information every time I speak to them. I have been waiting on my title to be sent to a new state and every time I call asking about the status, I receive different information. Sometimes Nissan will say they sent the letter to my DMV and then the next week I will call because the *** hasnt received it and the new employee I speak to tells me that Nissan never sent it. **************** hangs up on me. I am about to get my license suspended because I have been unable to register my vehicle for three months due to Nissans incompetence.

My husband had an auto loan prior to his passing. I made arrangements to return the car since the process to refinance into my name would have taken 8-12 weeks. Since the car has been returned they continue to charge his account monthly for the loan and when I call they make it impossible to reverse the charges. I did everything right, and everything that was asked of me to return their vehicle and they repay me by making 17 new tasks for me to manage after my husbands sudden death.

Extended the lease on a ********** and was told on the phone that it's all set, payment will be the same amount. 2 months later I get notification that my car is out for reposition and my account in collection because the automatic payment stopped BY THEM when I extended the lease, which was never explained to me. No apology offered, absolute garbage and dishonest company and cannot get their operations right.
