The business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer either a) did not accept the response, OR b) did not notify BBB as to their satisfaction.

Between 2/28 and 2/30, my account was charged 9 separate overdraft fees. My account did not actually go into the negative until after the 6th overdraft fee (and would have still been positive at that point if it werent for the inaccurately applied overdraft fees). I called on 5/29 and sat on hold for 20+ minutes as I have to do every single time I call just to be told that they can only reverse 3 of the overdraft fees. So I drove to my nearest branch to speak with a banker in person. We did the math manually from the available balance after my most recent deposit and both found that the charges, the order of the charges, and the available balances did not make sense. However, she was not able to reverse any more charges than the 3 already reversed and said that she would have to escalate it to her supervisor to get more fees reversed. Today is 5/31 and I have not heard anything back, nor have any of the other charges been reversed. It feels like CUTX is stealing my money (because they are) and just hoping I will be satisfied with the 3 returned overdraft fees. My available balance after the 8th overdraft fee was -$309.99, of which $280 were overdraft fees. So $280 was taken from me to cover $30 worth of overdraft that actually wouldnt have even happened without the first 6 overdraft fees. Nobody on the phone or in person can explain to me how CUTX is calculating balances and assessing overdraft fees. I keep getting the same scripted answers about standard overdraft fees and available vs current balance (even though the banker and I did the math from my AVAILABLE balance). I would like all the fees reversed and to get more complete answers about MY money.My member # is ********

I have several accounts with Credit Union of TexasBeing with them at least 20 years my debit card wouldn't work at multiple locations so I went to two Banks did show and issue there was no insufficient funds no one knows why my transaction wouldn't go through second bank issue a new card and it did the same thing so I called several time which no one could tell me what was going on so return to the bank and ask for a new debit card with a new card number it wasn't my fault the card didn't work I have many accounts with cuotx checking saving credit card have purchased several Automobiles with them . My issue is they charged me seven dollars for something that I had no control the card wouldn't work.I have several direct depoist that come through this bankI had to transfer money to ***************** so I could buy food and gas because this card didn't work driving all over ****** and Mesquite they not paying for gas .I want my seven dollars returned my account *****************
