              I obtained a credit card from them about 2 years ago and they haven't updated my Experian credit report in over 7 months. This has had negative affect on my credit score and kept me from acquiring new loans with other institutions. I've made over a dozen attempts to get this matter handled and they continue to make excuses and I feel I'm at a dead end. They are required by law to update accounts monthly with all 3 credit bureaus. I am frustrated and want something done.

In branch team account advisors promptly expertly answered my several clarifying questions and efficiently set up my accounts, represented my best interests, demonstrated expert banking judgement, listening skills sets, and technical ability to quickly process my application. It was easy to identify ********** ***** Branch team expresses care and concern for its clients and their interests. I felt the team took interest in my individual preferences, logistical, and financial needs. I received outstanding excellent personalized care and service from ************************************* and ***************************. I also noticed the other clients visiting the branch during my visit were themselves equally pleasant natured.
