I purchased a newly built home from UnionMain over in **********, and my home had over 100 things wrong with it. First of all, the people that built my home in 2021 were drinking alcohol while they built my home, and the construction manager (***** *******) hardly ever went into my home while the home builders were working in my home, he just drove around the neighborhood every workday in his white pickup truck.He didn't go check his workers actual work, so he could make sure that the work was getting done right. That's why so many things were not done correct. One day, I went to the house, 3 months before my closing date, and saw a large case of empty beer bottles along with half of pints of tequila bottles sitting in the backyard trash ******* of the things that they promised to correct but they never did, was my landscaping issues on the left side of my house. I had notified them about this landscaping issue just after 9 months of me closing on their house, and their Construction Manager just kept telling me that he was going to fix it, but he's too busy to fix at this time, because he is working on getting other house's ready for ********** make a long story short, they Procrastinated over 24 months with fixing my landscaping issue, and then tell me after I brought to their attention again, 34 months later, we don't have to fix your landscaping issue now, because your (2 year) Home Builder warranty has expired.This is just one out of many things that they did to me as a customer.I bought this house as a U.S. Veteran, and I would never recommend to anybody to buy a house from this New Home Builder (UnionMain) because they business practices are shady. Their home builders don't take pride in building these UnionMain homes, because they sit around and drink alcohol while they are working. They basically, throw their homes together real quick and leave it up to you to find all their deficiencies before your 2 year warranty is up.
