      In June of 2021 I payed over 5K for vehicle parts with this business. They had originally told me it would take 4-6 weeks for my order to come in and they would start working on it to get everything installed. After 2-3 months of rescheduling my appointment date because "part had not came in" I went up to the business and asked for an exact ETA on everything and they told me they had placed a hold because I had not picked out everything. I stated that if I had not picked out everything then how could I have paid for everything except labor? They then told me they saw where I had paid and picked everything out and had then made the order. A few months later they are still doing the same thing and rescheduling my appointment time with the same excuse, "parts have not came in". Well, in October a DUI driver totaled my vehicle and I called the business and told them my then situation, they told me they would send me a refund of $5,114.00 (how much I had paid in June). Fast forward to now, February 18, 2022, after countless calls, emails, text messages, and various ways to get ahold of this business and the manager I still have not gotten my refund and they WILL NOT get back to me no matter how many times I try to reach out to them. After 8-9 months of dealing with this business and having nothing to show for I am beyond fed up and need someone's help to get the job going.

      On July 21, 2021 I paid Dallas Offroad $5114 for parts that were to be ordered for my Jeep. We called for several months checking to see if the parts were in. Due to COVID and shipping we were warned in advance that it could take a few months for the parts to arrive. We had an appointment to get the work done but had to reschedule twice because all the parts were not yet in. Then, on October 9, 2021 my daughter was in a wreck which totaled the Jeep that the parts were for. (Parts still not in) So we requested a refund. Jeff told us several times he would put a check in the mail. We waited and waited and called and called and continued to be put off. Now we are into 6 months and no refund nor parts for us to return to the manufacturer. Nothing! I am exhausted with trying to call and continue to hear the same thing. Jeff is the only one that can handle this and he is not available. For about a month I let this go because I thought maybe he had COVID, but no. Now when we have finally been able to talk to him he states his bank was supposed to write us a check? Well this doesn't make since that a bank would give us a refund when we paid the company? I have read numerous reveiws of others not getting refunds processed and am wondering if a lawyer needs to get involved, or if I can just get my refund, please.
