      In Mid February I spoke with A representative regarding how much was left on my loan and she had told me $13,000. The representative told me that she would call me within the next three days at the beginning of March so I could send out a check. Nobody had called me so I sent a $13,000 certified check for the balance on my account.. And I requested a letter to show that it was paid on March sixth I spoke with a representative named *********. And he told me he would get me my information. The next time anyone reached out to me was April 30 th and her Name was ***** just calling to tell me I now owe a balance, that I refused to pay. And also New Credit America adjusted the loan amount that was originally taken out to meet there service charges while I sent emails that were never responded to nor anything sent in the mail or anyone calling me by phone. My request to have this paid in full on my credit report instead the loan was adjusted and showed I owed a balance. Furthermore I have no written information sent to me which I requested from ***** again and if there is a balance but as far as Im concerned I have also satisfied my loan in full. I am also writing in regards to level debt that they are affiliated with for two years. I have paid $59 a month in fees to be affiliated with the new credit America and I believe that I was falsely misled information about starting the loan with new credit America, all of the charges that level Debt has taken out of my account have been miscellaneous charges, and does not show a description as to what it was used for except for miscellaneous cleaning supplies. I just would like to get this matter resolved As agreed upon New Credit America and where I also receive my Zero balance letter. And is correctly updated on my Credit report.

      This letter is in response to your complaint with the Better Business Bureau, ID ********. The following will serve as New Credit America's ("NCA") response.

      First, we want to address your concern about a $59.00 recurring charge from your debt settlement company, Level Debt. Although your NCA loan was established in collaboration with Level Debt, this letter confirms that NCA is not billing you a monthly fee of $59.00. If you have any questions about fees or charges related to your debt settlement program with Level Debt, please get in touch with Level Debt at ************.

      Regarding the early payoff and residual balance dispute, our records indicate that the early payoff and residual balance dispute was resolved with our support department on 5/7/2024. After reviewing all interactions with our agents, we found no errors or interactions quoting a payoff amount of $13,000. While NCA considers the remaining balance of $1,225.80 valid and accurate, the balance has been written off. Please note that this write-off may result in tax consequences for you. We encourage you to consult a lawyer and/or tax advisor if you are uncertain of the legal or tax consequences.

      We are writing to confirm that your NCA loan has been paid/closed with a zero balance. NCA has reported to the Credit ****************** that the loan has been paid/closed for less than the full balance.

      I am rejecting this response because:I was an outstanding customer with you and your affiliates for years. The deceptive marketing practices you used against me  are shameful. I never received responses by NCA for months regarding finalizing my payment. I came to you for help, and now you undo everything I worked and payed for. I would appreciate that my credit report stay in good standing with you beyond all this confusion. Thank you in Advance.

      I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution because I have no other choice. I have no other resources to go Forward. I am completely unsatisfied that for a year and a half that Level debt the company you affiliate with took 59 dollars a month out of my checking account to pay them while my loan was transferred only to pay it off quicker to you and you claim you have no affiliation with them yet i was being charged by both companies. Also the numerous phone calls to New credit America and no responses, Emails that I sent to new Credit America and never got answered until a few months later. I had several emails for requests for something to be mailed to me no response. Nothing mailed. The deceptive marketing techniques are shameful , and should be investigated.   I payed by debt therefore I feel good as a person. Thank you and have a nice day!

      This business's can't get there acted together. I been waiting for answer on a loan for going on 2 weeks now. But I been getting a email everyday saying that I need to call them to finish finalizing every time I call they give me the same answer. Disregard text and email from them until they call me.
