Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/09/26) */ Contact Name and Title: ******* *******- CEO Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: ********@nccbcredit.com Consumer complaint is false, due to the fact that he did not want to pay the balance service fee that was rendered. Consumer spouse debt was paid as agreed and as directed by the consumer, after payment and settlement of the debt with other services done on the report, he refused to pay and resulted to frivolous complaint not to fulfil his financial obligation for the service he subscribed for. For confidentiality due to Federal court case involvement I will not be able to provide much detail to protect the consumer privacy right.
