Terrible customer service. I purchased a $400 bracelet here and it broke a few months later. It literally broke while being worn and all of the beads fell off. I thought this was a one off and purchased an identical one since it was impossible to gather any of the beads from the drain from where it fell. Lo and behold the same thing happened with the second, identical bracelet. This time it disintegrated into the street. I explained all of this to Yurman customer service and they couldn't care any less. They suggested I file an insurance claim and tell them it was damaged or mysteriously disappeared. Neither of these things happened. Bottom line is they sold me $800 worth of terrible quality bracelets and refused to stand behind their product.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/03/15) */ We provided a store credit for the full retail price of the piece which can be used online or in store. Consumer Response /* (2000, 8, 2022/03/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.) The business contacted me after I filed the complaint and offered the cost of a replacement bracelet and we only had to pay tax. This was a perfectly fine resolution to the issue. I just hope the bracelet stays intact this time. Thank you very much bbb and thank you very much to the retailer. Please close the complaint accordingly.
