I have ordered three sweatshirts from SneakGallery.com on March 28, 2024, I already contacted the merchant many times on May 10 and May21, of 2024. June 10, 25, and 26, 2024. They said for some unforeseen reason my fulfillment issues that are currently beyond their control. They recommended me to initiating a claim to my financial institution for full refund. I've opened dispute on June 28, 2024, AfterPay regarding order ************ of SneakGallery.com in the Afterpay Portal. Today is July 8, 2024, and I have not received any respond from the merchant SneakGallery.com about my refund. Please help.Kindly Regards, *****************Initial Complaint

I am writing to express my concern and frustration regarding the ongoing delay in receiving my shipment. It has now been 90 days since I placed my order, and I have yet to receive any updates or a tracking number as promised on the June 19th. I placed this order in march they did a huge sale . From that date I emailed them almost every other day regarding a tracking number . I keep getting the run around As a loyal customer who has consistently made purchases from this company over the past couple of years, I expect a higher level of professionalism and accountability. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency and follow-through on previous claims has led to significant frustration. I would like to request that they provide me with an alternative solution or a revised estimate for when I can expect to receive my order. If you are unable to fulfill my original request, please provide me with an option to select a different product or solution that meets my needs. ***** has been the one Ive been in contact who told me they ware house working on it and also told me she shipping on. June 19 now a *** implicated the same thing . They are not trying to refund my money or reship the items they told me to reach out to my bank anybody whos located in the ************* knows after 90 day you cant foul a claim hope that we can resolve this matter promptly and efficiently. I placed an order with them on April 11th for two sweatshirts. It states on the site I will receive a confirmation email within ***** hrs and the order would take 7-14 days to ship and I have yet to receive my order. I asked for a refund and they are refusing to give me one even though I have now been waiting for two months. All I am wanting is my money back, I don't want the product I ordered at all now. Ive been waiting on an order that was place back in April (#****). Reach out via email Numerous of times and no positive feedback. This company doesnt off refunds but feels as if they can take people hard earn money and run off. I prefer not to take further actions. Just want my merchandise that I paid for delivered. I placed 4 orders with SNEAK GALLERY at the end of April, and the beginning of March. The orders total total.$380.00. The orders are under three different email addresses because my youngest son is ********, and his program requires us to submit separate. SNEAK GALLERY has not provided any updates as to when the orders will be shipped. They respond to emails with a generic response, but, no resolution. The emails all say ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about when they will be shipping orders. I want the merchandise, and honestly, I dont think getting a refund would be any easier than getting my order. I've decided to ask for a refund at this point.Initial Complaint

I have order 4 items from this company and it has been three months and all Ive received is emails saying theyre looking into this issue! At the point just give me my money back
