I have been taking my dog to my pets wellness design district for almost 2 years they've always done a great job today on Saturday I had him booked for a bath when I came in to drop him off the lady checked if it included a brush on their October special for $35 and she said that would be fine. Two hours later which is the time that they told me it would take to bathe him clippers toenails and clean his ears. I went to pick Journey up. They brushed him but he was soaking wet as if he just came out of the bath. I told them my dog will be mad if you don't blow him dry I was told we don't have groomers in on Saturday and that is a groomers job. Also they charge $45 for brushing him wet which makes no sense at all because he's going to Matt if he's not dry. I expressed my displeasure with what they had done and how much they were charging me they looked at me dumbfounded and didn't say anything and I asked the owners name and I was told we're not allowed to give any information out. That is the nature of this complaint I will not be taking my dog back there obviously.
