            They advertise super cheap topsoil on ******** marketplace. It was only $65 for 10 yards.

            The full story is I inquired with them, they set a date and time, I waited for my delivery date then sat around all day waiting for them and they never showed. They wasted an entire day of mine. I followed up many times, with no emails, calls or text replies. It was a disaster. When I did get ahold of someone, they said I have to speak to a different team and the person calling couldn't help. It's a delivery of soil, not a rocket launch. The company is more bureaucratic than a Fortune 500. Weeks after the scheduled delivery date they sent a truck to my house and tried to deliver but I already got soil elsewhere. There was no reschedule or any communication for weeks prior to them showing up. They just pulled up and tried to dump it. I'm glad I was home to deny delivery. What a headache that was. This was a 1 star experience.

            Hope this clears up why I gave you a review when I did not end up purchasing. Let me know if I need to go into further detail about this disaster.

            We have internal data that show we sent out several forms of communication with no response from the client as per our records. And with the weird weather conditions at that time, there was a delay. If at any point you would like to see the internal communication that we have sent to the customer, please just ask and we will gladly provide that! So that way there is clarity on communication.
