            On December 16 or so I ordered a set of child binoculars from this company. Order #1027. They advertise "100% Money Back Guarantee ", "100% Customer Satisfaction. I contacted them January 5 via email that we had not yet received them. They arrived in Mid January. I had contacted the company via email a few days prior to arrival and they responded with tracking number. We gave them to our granddaughter as a late Christmas gift and found they were too small for her to use. I have been attempting to call the company buy line is busy day and night. I have sent numerous emails but have not received one response. I am very frustrated with this company and would like to hear from them. I want to return these for refund which is allowed on their website. Thank you.

            This company is a rip off! I ordered a glucose smart watch from them and it doesn't even register in the ballpark of what my doctor's ****** gets. They give you 14 days to return it. However, there is no return label included. This was an $89.00 watch. I tried emailing them twice and got no reply. The phone number listed online is bogus. It begins with "+" and a recording answers and says it's not a good number. So I spent over $8.00 sending a certified letter w/a return receipt to the address listed in *********. It's been 10 days and it still hasn't been delivered or returned to me, however, it will be returned as the ** has it listed as "addressee unknown". The item came from *****! I'm never going to get my money back and that's a lot of money for an old woman. DON'T WASTE YOUR ************ BUYING ANYTHING FROM SOSJO!
