I have been recieving my mail from this place for two years. I came early this morning and was told to enter but I had to do a intake because I had a bar on my name. I went inside. There was a lot of people on camera. A female security guard first checked me in . She mumbled something under her breath, I think she called me a terrorist. Then walked past the other guard in the guard shack. I could not wait so. I explained to them that I needed only to get my mail. That I did not need a place to stay. She told me that I could. After the smoke break, The guards changed and told me that I could not come back inside. And that I could not get my mail. Outside, there is a sign that says mail pick up from 10am and again at 3pm. I was told that nI had to pick it up at 830. That what time i came to get my mail. They refused to give me my mail because they said that I was barred. It was my letter from Social security. I was embarrassed.
