Very unprofessional, subpar training and curriculum. This school should be shut down. *** is an absent owner. The staff are incompetent and do not know how to communicate or return emails or phone calls. Do not waste your time or money attending this school. They should be ashamed of themselves for offering such a terrible program. *** has no business owning a school!

If I could give 3D Lash & Brow 0 stars I would. I was a student at 3D March 2021-June 2021, the staff was very unprofessional and the owner Amy is stuck up and has no business owning and/or operating a place of business, she is very unprofessional. She walks the halls and won't even speak to the students or staff on campus if she feels intimidated. While at the school I saw 5 staff members leave, I went a whole 4 weeks without a cosmetology instructor. 3D had me doing services on clients that I was never taught, shown, or comfortable with. When I started to question the operation of the school and request the services that I started with (having an instructor/theory/demo) I started to be blocked from all communications with staff and students, I was only allowed to communicate via email with staff. And after several meeting and standing up for my education, I was advised by Amy that she preferred to drop me from the program and advised that they couldn't offer me the proper program (Cosmetology) at this time and I should find another school to complete the program. I was lucky enough to actually be released with all of my hours (mind you they shorted reporting my hours properly to TDLR) After being dropped they attempted to say I still owed money, but I knew that was a lie. I requested a full refund of the tuition that I paid to the school due to their lack of, and I haven't heard from the school since. I have filed a complaint with TDLR in regards to this school.

We would like to apologize for the experience you had at our school. 3D Lash and Brow Academy prides itself on providing our students with the highest level of education. Making our students feel welcome and well cared for is our highest priority.
In your complaint, you stated that you asked for a full refund of tuition. When you discontinued the program, we did not charge any additional tuition beyond the hours you clocked at our school. Ordinarily, you would have been charged the standard amount in accordance with the TDLR guidelines for tuition refunds. As a courtesy, the additional fees were waived. The only charges you incurred were the deposit and the cost of your kits. The kits which you kept, cost more than the amount you paid for the program.
Thank you very much for bringing this to our attention. We are taking steps to strengthen our Cosmetology program and strive to create a great learning environment for our students.
While we cannot change your experience, we are grateful for the opportunity to respond and grow our policies to better serve our student body.

I didn't discontinue the program. Amy stated she preferred that I transfer to another school. I was released due to 3D not being equipped to give me a proper TDLR 100% approved education as advertised. I couldn't be charged for more because per the final conversation with Amy, Mady, and Brayden it was clearly stated I would be released, no further payments due, and all my hours would be entered into TDLR. My hours weren't calculated correctly because 3D lacked organization and proper documentation. As for paying for kits, I didn't receive The Dermalogica Skincare, Lash extension, Lashlift and Tint, or Brow Lamination Kit. At the end of the day I was released without proper cause, 3D breeched fulfilling services.

Poor communication, received payment and they just drop you with out nofiting you.
