    I scheduled an appt with a guy name ********* on 9/25. I asked him for the specific service, ingrown toenail. He told me they did it. I scheduled the appt. I called back and asked for payment info. They gave me the info. My daughter arrived to her appt on 9/26 @230pm. The lady takes our info and charges for the service. After being there more than and hr. She informed us that they don't do the service we needed. They also didn't refund me my money. I called the ********** number and they couldn't help me. He said I had to wait for billing. Which I had already called. It appears they advertise and claim services they don't offer. I need assistance.

    I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and treatment I received at your clinic, where I have been a patient since 2017. Despite having all my medical records at your facility, I was refused a letter confirming my lifelong illness without scheduling and paying for an unnecessary doctor's visit.During my recent interactions with the clinic staff, I encountered several issues:Front Desk Staff: ****** was condescending and transferred me to ********, who further escalated the situation instead of resolving it. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with them, going back and forth without any resolution. Their behavior was unprofessional and argumentative, which only heightened my frustration.Manager: *******, the manager, spoke to me in a condescending and aggressive tone. When I asked for clarification, she rudely suggested that I seek a second opinion elsewhere. I found her response dismissive and unprofessional.General Attitude: The overall attitude of the staff was unhelpful and hostile, except for a very courteous lady who initially answered my call at the ************* location. The rest of the team could benefit from her example on how to speak to patients.I noticed similar complaints about the managers behavior. It is clear that the staff, particularly *******, could benefit from proper training on de-escalation and maintaining professionalism.Also, I had to call back to speak to her again and when i did that i got hung up on as she did not want to speak to me.7/25/24 @4:12pm While I understand now that a doctors visit is required for the letter I need, my primary concern has shifted to the rude and unprofessional manner in which I was treated. Effective communication and a respectful attitude are critical in healthcare, and my experience fell significantly short of these standards.I hope that you will address these issues promptly to ensure better service for your patients in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
