The people that use the facility makes it a nice atmosphere. I love coming in and being around all the positive people. And aside from the strong mildew smell of mold behind the metal walls in the back of the gym; its a cool place. I am at the gym at minimum 4 times a week and have seen this location deteriorate. My friends and I have mentioned it to gym staff and *** even asked for a manger several occasions. When I call they say the manager is unavailable. I even left my phone number and asked that I be contacted and received no response. My overall issue is that they allow homeless persons to occupy the gym. As Im typing there is a lady in a sleeping bag on the floor in a shower stall sleep. An entire sleeping bag! And nobody noticed!? She has a radio plugged into the power source and an extension cord running to the outside plug. You might ask how the staff doesnt see it. Well they dont properly clean the ladies locker rooms either. In the parking lot on any given day there are two people parked at the very front sleeping in their cars. One morning the lady opened the door and placed her used adult diaper on the ground, closed the door and went back to sleep. There is a homeless man that stands in the foyer and opens the door and at times will sit in the massage chairs and sleep. I told the staff how if they called their local police station and asked for a business criminal trespass that anytime they called the police these people could be removed. They shrugged their shoulders and said Ill pass it on. Its 100% unsafe and unsanitary and its disheartening to know that no one cares. I have photos to prove my complaint
