I contacted ****** and his company( One Place Flooring LLC) for a concrete job and he said he has his own crew and later he picked up a rookie from street to do a concrete job . The crew showed up one day and as expected ****** never showed up with the ************* kept mentioning - We don't know anything just talk to ******. Problem started - 1) when the crew messed up the pattern which gives you an illusion that entire flooring is messed up and it is not right aligned. Reason being - Stamping was done by a high school guy who said he is doing it for the very first time. Answer to this from *************** was - Just Sorry!!2) They damaged the whole grass, they didn't care to put any wooden sheets to avoid the damage. when asked,crew said they don't have wooden sheets.3) After a month, concrete started cracking, showing up white patches, color fading away. I requested him to at least come take a look but, till today, he denies to accept it in pictures and he also denies to come and take a look at it.With initial work order, I also contracted him to do build a covered patio but I am so glad that after seeing his work ethics and the poor quality of work, I abandoned him and hired someone else to do the job professionally.****** will only show up when it is time to take the money. Forget about he coming to oversee the job which he signed up for. I have been trying to contact him since 4-5 months, everytime he will make false promises which he will never stick to and he denies to honor the warranty which was promised.As a resolution, I either want him to come take a look and honor the warranty OR compensate by refunding a portion of money for the poor work and failing to honor the warranty.I have tried contacting him endless times but everytime there is a excuse which I can see is completely intentional.Thank youInitial Complaint

I contracted Javier for outdoor kitchen and overlay work estimate including kitchen , plumbing and electrical work on Dec 10,2021. Javier came home on Dec 14 to look and give the estimate. You sent estimate for kitchen and electrical work and overlay on Dec 14, which I accepted. For plumbing work estimate , you sent an unqualified person Leonardo on Dec 16 to my house for an estimate. He estimated $1400 for plumbing work. He took $700 from me on Dec 16 saying Javier sent him and he needed that for materials. Later I found your your worker is unqualified for plumbing work and he absconded with the money. You started kitchen work on Dec 18 and worked on till Dec 19. You put a white coating of overlay material on Dec 20, saying that you will complete in 2 days. Communication with Javier details below - Always no shows and no response Dec 27 - You said coming tomorrow, but no show Dec 30 - You said coming on Monday to fix the kitchen, but no show. Dec 31 - Asked if you can finish the overlay work on Monday, but no response from Javier. Dec 29 - Javier said there is another plumber who can do work for $1850. When asked for details no response from Javier. Since then you are not responsive and couple of times you said you coming to finish the work but you didn't show up. You left kitchen work incomplete with no plumbing and electrical and was not usable to me. There was a big gap behind the burner where all rain water was falling down(picture attached), which you said you will come and look but didn't show up. You left the flooring work in a incomplete mess for more than a month. I had to hire other contractor to finish the kitchen and the flooring work. I want a resolution for these items 1. Come and fix the gap in the kitchen behind the burner. It leaks water when it's raining. Picture attached. 2. I want the $700 to be returned by you that your worker has taken and absconded. The person you sent to my home was a criminal, not a plumber.
