I DO NOT recommend Olshan. I purchased my home in October 2023 and the previous owner had given me a quote from Olshan for foundation repairs totaling $3000 from January 2023. The estimate was for Poly to be placed to support the interior of ***********. I called Olshan and someone came out and evaluated my home and said I would need 10 piers around the exterior and Poly for the interior, totaling $8000. After a couple months, I called to schedule the repairs, and they scheduled me and said it would be done in one day. I traded my shift off work so I could be home, then later Olshan called back saying I needed to sign the contract and they couldnt hold my appointment . They never mentioned me signing the contract prior to making the appointment and one was never emailed to me. After this, I promptly signed the contract and submitted it. We scheduled my appointment for the repairs and I (again) traded away my shift so I could be home. No one showed up. I called and they apologized and said they could send get people out the next day. I agreed to this and they sent me an appointment confirmation. After reviewing the email it said it was an appointment for an evaluation. I called the office back and told them I didnt need an evaluation, I have already signed the contract for the repairs. I was assured that the repairs were scheduled. The following day one guy came over to do an evaluation. Out of curiosity, I wanted to see what the evaluation was. I was told that poly wouldnt work on ***********, even though the previous two quotes included it. The new evaluation came to a total of $12000 repairs with 6 additional interior piers. Olshan wasted my time, lied to me about my appointments, and tried to ******* me into paying more for repairs after we had a contract signed. Do not waste your time with these scammers.

Olshan stepped up! Not only is the customer service office friendly, helpful and attentive to my calls and requests, but they always showed up on time, were respectful, gave me a contact to the supervisor for the various foundation repair /leveling and plumbing jobs we had scheduled. They kept us informed of their progress, and all of the cracks sealed up after work was done, and they cleaned up as well! We needed some additional plughing of a hole after they left, and they came right out and fixed the problem. They have a lifetime guarantee of their work, and keep your schematics on file as well!

I would never use or refer anyone for foundation repair except the Olshan Foundation Company. I am completely happy and satisfied with the thoroughness and professionalism of the entire team. I was not only impressed with the on-time scheduling, but also with the manner in which the crew left my property. It was as if they were never there. The yard was cleared of all debris and the area in which they worked was left immaculate.

Olshan did an outstanding job on the foundation of my home in ********, *****. The crew was conscientious and professional. I would definitely hire these folks.

Olshan Foundation Repair Company in Dallas, Texas did shotty and unsafe work. I took out a loan for $15,000.00 and instead the work that they did is worst. The General Manager does not respond to my emails or phone calls. I repeatedly call the office in Dallas and the Receptionist says she gives him the messages but he dodges me and does not respond. The garage and the front door entrance slabs are raised so high, I'm afraid someone that visits my house will trip and fall; and it will cause bodily injury. I had this company come to my location to give me an estimate on my garage drive way. The person that came out informed me that the foundation to my house needed to be lifted, the driveway would be too expensive to re-do and it would be less if a styrofoam would be used to lift the driveway and entrance to my door. The slabs are risen so high that I am afraid someone will trip, fall, and break a bone(s), or cause bodily injury (break neck). After several months, the General Manager came out with another contractor (not the first person that did the work) to assess the terrible work. Now I'm being informed that the person that came out to do the estimate "could've" informed us in the estimate that there could be gutter issues. Now this company wants more money ($2,000.00). The work is not complete, it needs to be repaired. The estimate given the first time should have included all issues/factors as to why my slabs were sinking/why the house was needing lifting...but instead, the Geneal Manager does not take accountability and wants me to spend more money work to have another contractor fix the probmems that should have been fixed the first time. Olshan Foundation is responsible for not including all factors of work that needed to be done and should be responsbile for fixing/repairing the work that still has not been fixed. I have cracks on my drive way that were not there before and slabs that are so high someone visiting may get hurt. So disappointed.

I am so unhappy with this company and the work performed. I feel I was taken advantage of because I am a single female that thought I was trusting professionals. In June of 2020 I had foundation repair done, which totaled $21,300.00. A year later the same problems reappeared. My doors are off track and will not lock, my floors are sinking in the middle of the house. the closet doors are falling off, due to the floors shifting, the ceiling is coming apart from the walls and fireplace. I have tried patching to keep the air and bugs out. I feel so taken advantage of. So, in 2021 I called them back to explain what was going on. They sent one out. He informed me they should've/needed to add more cylinder blocks to the middle of the house. I am on a limited income and got financing for the first job and he tells me they can fix the middle of the house for an additional $6000.00. I don't have this type of money. My furniture is lopsided, my fireplace is coming apart from the ceiling due to the shifting. Mt garage door and back door are off track and cannot be locked correctly, mind you they did for the first 6 months or so after they got the $21,000+ dollars. I read many company reviews and decided to go with this one. I have another 25 years to pay on this house and and so upset, that I have to now live in it with these conditions. I would think in good faith the company would offer to fix the problem since it happened a year later. How could they have missed this? I would like them to rectify this. I do not have any money, I think this should be included in the original payment. Also I still have not had my floors replaced after the original repair. This world is stressful enough and has so many problems and I can't come to my home and feel comfortable because it's falling apart. Please help
