Started the transaction Feb of 2023 This repair cost $3,500 and the house is far from being level. I have had ********* associate out several time and the work is still not complete. Their last visit was on January 19th, which they stated job completed.

We have not only fulfilled all contractural work for ***************************, but we also did additional work at no charge.  The owner of the company, as well as the general manager, went out with the crew on December 19, 2023 to address the concerns ************** had.  ********* not only fulfilled all contractural work, but we did additional work at no charge to **************.  ********* has done everything we were supposed to do, according to the 2 contracts she is disputing, as well as the additional work in order to take care of ****************** foundation issues.  She does need additional work done, including fixing her drainage issue, which is continue to cause problems until it is fixed.

I paid the deductible for all work needed as well as the money for all additional work per contracts. My house is no where near level.

I am rejecting this response because:   they did not perform the work specified in their contract,  the pictures reflect the job of only a brick and some mortar

The contract clearly states we were to repair, as needed, approximately 4ft +/- (give or take) of the stem wall.  The needed repairs were made to that area, thus fulfilling the contract.

I am rejecting this response because:   my house is in far worse condition than before they started the work.

The company advised they would level and reinforce the foundation of my house to 1/8th of an inch change in elevation over 10 feet. When they finished, the flooring people that came out said the job done was horrible, asked who I used so that they could not recommend them to future customers of theirs, and advise the floor was actually 3.5inches over 10 feet and that they werent sure any flooring could be added as the weight of the floor might be too much for the house to take on the subfloor.Pier kings came back out to repair it again and their own project manager stated they had never seen a job left so poorly and that he didnt know what happened. They tried to correct it but was still not done to the detail they promised, and in the process of having to come back they redamaged drywall that was fixed originally from the first time, which I expected, but I didnt know I would have to do it again. Even still the flooring installed stated the floor was not going to be able to be installed and that I should try to return the *** flooring and find a new contractor to put in hardwood so that the floor could be nailed in to fit the curves of the floor, and therefore would reinforce the subfloor and could be sanded closer to level to alleviate the issue. I did this and it cost approximately $6000 more than I had planned to spend on the original flooring I had purchased.I have called innumerable times and the company has stopped answering. *** also tried to go to their company in person and both addresses I found online did not house them.

We informed *********** that the leveling effort is just that, an effort to level the home to the best of our ability based on the condition/build of the home. We never promised 1/8 inch and we have a signed contract explicitly stating that we do NOT guarantee a certain level but we do our best to level the home out. Each home is different and some can be recovered better than other but it is no guarantee of level. Attached is our signed contract by *********** where this is disclosed at the lower portion of the contract. These claims are false and non contractual.

      Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:   Lying to customers verbally to get them to sign a contract that doesnt include your verbal agreement is wrong and you are bad people.
