            I purchased my home in June of 2019. Before purchase, Selvin Rosa Foundation Repair completed foundation repair on 12/14/2018, with the engineer report completed on 1/18/2019. The house came with a 10-yr transferable warrant provided that I maintain downspouts and backfill. I called SRFR company on 10/15/2020, asking them to come back. They told me to text them my address, and I have not received further communication. I texted again on 6/25/22 and did not get a response and they don't answer the phone. I've had other repair companies confirming the need for extensive repair. I want SRFR company to honor their portion of the warranty. I'm including the warranty, engineer report, and a photo of one of the recent quotes.

            I purchased a home that had a repair done by this company around 4 years ago. After failing in getting them to honor their warranty and noting the shotty work they did in the past I decided to go with another foundation repair company. I later discovered they never filed a permit with the city to perform the work they previously did.
