            I contracted Cesar to redo our patio. From the beginning, there were issues with the concrete. There were areas where the concrete was chipping within the first few days of the installation. They came back and patched over with a different color of concrete. After that, they came back and patched it with hydraulic concrete all over to ensure the color of the patio was all the same. After a few days, the new hydraulic concrete began to chip. I reached out to Cesar he said he would fix it after the rainy season. I have tried to reach out to Cesar a few times, he claims the work he did was what I paid for. He is not responding to my calls anymore. Now we are having more issues as the patio is cracking already. The patio is not even a year old.
