Good afternoon, On 08/31/2021 I signed an agreement to take a load for American Carriers. I called American Carriers about a posted load, They gave me thew load for an amount of $1,100 Going from San Antonio TX to Austin TX. My factoring Company does not accept American Carriers INC. We came to the conclusion of doing quick-pay for 5% of the total amount. My driver completed the Loads and collected 1 drop off confirmation ( Bill of Landing ). When I sent the documents to Frank Perez & John trough email on 03/01/2021 Frank Perez told me if I would be sending an Invoice, I provided them with the Invoice and never got a response. Days Later I called Frank to speak about the missing payment and updates, He told me that My driver didn't collect The Bill of Landing From the places of delivery. My driver did collected one Bill of Landing from all of the three delivery locations. They dont wan to pay me for the completed job.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/22) */ His driver signed five bill of ladings and they only turned in three. Our customer is not going to pay for the full load without five signed bill of ladings. We have done everything we can to help. We got the two bills that was not signed from our customer and sent them to him. All he has to do is get it signed by the customer where he delivered it to, but has instead filed a complaint with the BBB. We can pay him for the shipment but it will not be the full amount unless he gets those two other bills signed. We have explained this to him but it looks like he does not want to to what is necessary to be paid the full amount. I don't know what else we can do for him. Again, our customer has five bills signed by his driver and they only turned in three to get paid. Our customer WILL NOT pay the full amount without the two bills that are missing.
