      I signed an contract to buy a bed and a lift chair, and changed my mind, went back to the store and told them personally they didn't say anything but it had been 5 days and it was too late to cancel and that i was going to pay anyway. THEY DIDN'T DELIVER ANYTHING AY ANYTIME

      We have contacted the finance company he financed his purchase with and ask that they void the finance agreement.

      I purchased furniture from furniture one online on 04/17/2021 for $ 948.16 my order # is XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX I still have not received my furniture. I contacted the business 4 times. I have only received one call back and a lady said I would receive it in July. It is now August and nothing has come. I told them I would like to cancel it but have not heard anything back from them. No one answers the phone. I would like to cancel my order and receive a 100% refund. I am not in need of the furniture anymore. It has been way too long. Thankyou.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/30) */ The furniture industry is experiencing very delayed delivery times due to factories workers having covid.We have been very transparent on the delivery times from the date of purchase.Im sorry this has taken this long.We have issued a refund even though some of your order is in and the other item was due in next week.I apoligize your experience with furniture one wasnt what you expected.

      On July 23, 2021 I bought a sofa, bed/mattress, coffee table and 2 end tables from Walter with Furniture One in Garland. I made these purchases for my granddaughter Damaris ******** who moved to Dallas. The delivery was scheduled for July 31, 2021 between 12-6pm. About 5:40 we found out that supposedly the truck broke down and it would be Monday, Aug 2nd. My granddaughter's first day at work was August 2. Therefore, I had to stay in Dallas until Monday, which made me miss my oncologist appointment. I went to the store at 10 am on Monday Aug 2 and was told the delivery would be first. I asked to speak by phone with the delivery person in charge, he said he would be at the apartment by 11:00, they arrived about 1:30! The coffee table was damaged more than at the store which we knew about but I took pics and there were more scratches. There were two missed times for delivery I am asking for reimbursement of delivery charges plus $100 for inconvenience plus new coffee table.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/08/30) */ We do everything possible to make delivery times.Unfortunately we didnt make this one and had to reschedule for the very next working day. I have spoke to mrs liscomb.The delivery personnel are paid for delivery of the goods and setup in the room of the purchased goods.All these things were done correctly and the person there signed a delivery memo that stated all delivered items are received in good order. I offered her a 100.00 instore credit and she refused to accept for her inconvience. Im sorry we couldnt satisfy her request for a cash refund or a new coffee table . She purchased a floor model coffee table and at the time of delivery she signed that all the items were received in good order. This item was full assemebled and easily visible to note any damage on the delivery memo. Nothing was noted.
