              I was provided a due date for the furniture to be made and delivered and the due date has exceeded 30 days over the estimated due date. I have contacted James Antony several times and I am not getting any response or follow-up. I want to cancel my order.

              A+ is a joke for this company. This company has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I ordered furniture in April 2022 and they took my money quickly but after many unanswered calls and emails for 8 months, I finally received my shipment in December 2022. Fantastic but NOT, they product was damaged. I was told to accept the shipment and they would either immediately order another item to replace it if they could not repair it. It is now April 2023 and I cannot get anyone to answer emails or calls. This company is the worst ever and I would NEVER do business with them again. I still have damaged furniture that I paid dearly for.

              We scheduled a repairman and he made an appointment with the client and no one was there so he was unable to complete the work. When we spoke with the client afterward, she indicated she was going to be out of town for a while and stated she would call us when she was ready to schedule the repair. We should have given her a month and then followed up, but instead we waited for her to contact us and she was frustrated by that time. The repair has now been rescheduled and we have updated our procedures to make sure we are following up even if the client says they will be back in touch.
