It works initially then it stops working automatically and you might be thinking you are receiving the discount but actually you are not, till you see the receipt carefully (so its kind of deceiving). I contacted fuel rewards several times (assuming may this is the last time I taking pain) but no solution, also Shell was selling gas at significantly higher price than others (even more than top tire) I spent a lot more than I would have just take advantage of this useless reward programme. I have lot communication records with FuelRewards just in case anyone is interested in knowing what happened. FuelRewards employees please do not ask me share the details and all I already shared several times but it was futile.

If I could give no stars thats what I would give. I have been going BACK and Forth between S-pay and fuel rewards for 2 months and each one states to contact the other. The actual station shows **** per gallon. But my receipt shows Im paying **** per gallon on the app. Thats almost a dollar more per gallon just to be able to pay in my car. Why is this app still able to rob people of their hard earned money. When it clearly states we should be get 5/10 cents off per gallon. They had promotion for 10cents off a gallon if you sign up for their app. They gave me 10 fas dollars instead. I don't go in gas stations so those rewards were useless. I contacted them via their mobile app *********************** responded saying that wasn't the promotion at the time even though I was able to send her a screenshot of the promotion on the mobile app for that day. Then I emailed again hoping to get someone that could read what the screen shot of the app said but she was illiterate also.******************************* was the second person that couldn't read. This is a total SCAM! I've only attempted to use this twice. The first time, all I ended up doing is downloading several apps to my phone and couldn't do anything because the apps errored out. I attempted to get support through email and no one (after a week) ever replied. A phone call ended up with "Yes we're having issues with the app and the people you need to talk to right now are closed, call back later".Second attempt, entered all the correct information at the pump and the 25 cents per gallon discount was never applied. I actually ended up paying 40 cents per gallon MORE than if I had gone to another gas station near by. Definitely should have read all the reviews before doing this but I thought the company that gave me the "rewards" would have researched this company better.Shell Fuel Rewards Program Response

Service Station Scam!!! Some Up charge you .05 & then give you .05 discount!! FR offer .10 off Day, some shell stations charge .20+ more than their neighbors! Save more going elsewhere! Some stations acknowledge the FR info welcome you then you dont get the discount! You have to call FR! Spend more time on the phone with Shell CC or Fuel Rewards to report issues! Hahaha...After reading these reviews, it is obvious that the "Shell Fuel Rewards Program Response" is either a bot or some guy in *****, sitting in a coffee shop, using copy & paste.Now THAT is a red flag for sure. Although it may seem that the same answer is given for many of these comments, it is because we prefer being able to address and try to resolve any problems our Fuel Rewards members are facing, and that can only be done if they reach out to ****** Services. The new minimum fuel up to get the reward is 10 gallons. My car has a 7.5 gallon tank. Useless. So if you have a bigger tank, make sure you need at least 10 gallons.Shell Fuel Rewards Program Response

I've tried 3 or 4 times to use special promotions without success. This last time I tried to pay with the app for, I think .10 off? Well, even though my debit card is linked at the pump, the app didn't have it. Tried to add it and it said invalid partner card. Waste of time and energy for .03 a gallon.
