Last day on site at my house was 2/23/2023, many attempts to resolve the issues and have been ignored. Any update or concern was met with aggression. I understand some work was performed, Partial refund requested. $10,000.00 deposit $13,000.00 Materials and labor. Please see attachment .Business response

A full statement will be coming soon to these accusations.But at this time ************** actually owes me monies beyond what has been paid.
But I didn't want to pursue the charges. It was not worth the hassle to deal with him.
He can be very nice most of the time but he has mod swings that are aggressive.
He has anger issues and is high on pot afternoons / evenings.
The gentleman that he said look into the room did only because he heard a loud thud and thought something or someone had fallen.
The other gentleman he accused of drinking does not drink, I have known him for over 10 years and never had any complaints.
As for the young man sleeping. He had finished his task of digging up the foundation and was waiting there for his boss to come back. He didn't want to be setting outside in the yard or on the curb. That would look equally stupid so he decided to stay in the construction area with the door closed not bothering anyone.
************** owes me between 4 and 8 thousand dollars. But I don't care about the money and I'm not wasting another minute on him or the numbers. I just want to learn in the future how to recognize personalities like him.

I have not acted in aggression to *****, in fact received aggressive response each of the times I tried to communicate an issue, and there were many.
Trying to attack my character with false accusations is unprofessional.
The facts are what they are.
As previously stated, I made many attempts to call and even went to the office and was ignored.
